I had my first telephone consult today. It went very well. I am a Paramedic by trade and I had already done a lot of research on medications, side effects and such. We discussed treatment plans and dosing. I was pleased and look forward to my next appt

I had my phone appointment on a Wed. All of my questions answered. Received an email Friday that my meds had shipped and I received them by 9a. Saturday. Great service. Quick response time from Henry Meds if you have questions or concerns. They are very transparent. I wouldn't go thru anyone else. My husband was so impressed he reached out to Henry and has his appointment tomorrow.

They sent the wrong dosage and the next day (Saturday) I got a response to my request for help. I requested and appointment with a medical provider and was given one for Monday. So I have hope that things will be ok. Talked to a med provider and he made the necessary correction. Too bad their ZenDesk helpers can't tell you anything you have to have another appt and my correct dose. Cost me and extra $100 a month. Still way less expensive than Ozempic.
