Ordered compounded semaglutide through Henry Meds after a telehealth visit and the whole thing went pretty smooth. Meds showed up in about three days and the follow up texts from the care team actually got answered same day. Only knock is my second order cost a bit more than the first, still cheaper than the pharmacy route though.

It was a pain free experience from start to finish, affordable, and my provider was not only kind but also knowledgeable, thorough, and truly imparted to me a feeling of heartfelt care and concern for my total well-being! 10/10, highly recommend!

Any convenience Henry Meds promises is completely wiped out by reckless operational negligence. In a single year, they cycled through three separate compounding pharmacies, resulting in wild inconsistencies in medication quality, packaging, and basic supplies. One delivery arrived with mislabeled information, incorrect dispensed amounts, and mismatched supplies—sending more draw needles than injection needles. When dealing with prescription pharmaceuticals, this isn’t just sloppy logistics; it’s a failure of basic quality control. Their internal operations are chaotic and completely uncoordinated. I routinely had to chase down their staff just to get the mandatory lab orders submitted so I could refill my prescription. Because of their systemic delays, I was left without vital medication on two separate occasions—one gap stretching for more than two weeks. Henry Meds has scaled far beyond what their back-end infrastructure can handle, and their paying patients are the collateral damage. When a healthcare company is suffocating under its own administrative incompetence, patient safety is the first thing sacrificed. I canceled my service, and I strongly warn anyone considering them to take their health somewhere that actually manages risk and respects patient continuity of care.

I paid for several months of service but did not receive the medication or the support I was promised. I only received medication twice despite paying for multiple months, and getting help or answers from customer service was extremely frustrating. The lack of communication, follow-up, and customer service has been very disappointing. I feel I wasted a significant amount of money for a service that did not deliver what I paid for. I would not recommend Henry Meds based on my experience.

Terrible customer service. You cannot reach anyone by phone and their online help form and voicemails aren't answered for days. The last time I tried, I didn't receive a response for FIVE DAYS. Completely unacceptable. A medical services provider should respond within 12-24 hours maximum. The only reason is I didn't give 1 star is that the GLP drugs did actually work. Once you finally get a hold of someone.
