I am impressed with the customer service. I needed to pause my subscription for one month and they reached out to me and made the process super easy.

I had my appointment with Lauren this morning and it was wonderful!! She was thorough and did a wonderful job explaining everything and put me completely at ease. I am really happy with the level of care she provided!!

My provider was great, informative, and efficient. No issues and would recommend this for anyone with insurance issues.

I signed up and agreed to pay $100 extra for a full dose. I called after 3 weeks and was told that due to a computer error my order was being held up by the computer. I was inadvertently undercharged $100 by the computer and was in limbo. I was never contacted and told I did nothing wrong. Everyone has been very nice but I will see if my order actually is delivered

Update: Henry’s meds is actively trying to resolve issues. Billing me $600 per month for several months- double billing. No meds received after first month. Impossible to cancel or talk to a live person. Got very sick- intense vomiting- with absolutely no medical follow-up. All I want is for Henry’s meds to quit fraudulently billing my credit card for large amounts without meds or service. Update: Henry’s is actively listening to issues.

My initial appointment with Victoria M. was great. She provided me the necessary details about the process and the prescription and actually answered questions I had before I answered. I look forward to this journey.

So far everyone has been good at making this a great experience the telehealth doc was great and very responsive

more expensive than advertised. This experience was like you ordered a doctor from Shein. Just went right to cost without asking about my goals or my health
