Happy with virtual NP appointment. NP answered all my questions and concerns. He explained the steps clearly. Received shipping and tracking within a few days. Product arrived safely.

As advertised

I had to reschedule and was able to do so. The appointment today was started right on time and the provider was up to date on my medical history and health conditions. She fully explained the medication and how to take it and answered all my questions.

Henry meds was great initially. I was due for a refill two days ago and due to an error on their part I had my provider appointment very late; two days before I was scheduled to take the medication. I’ve called and written to them numerous times over 2.5 weeks ago to schedule an appointment sooner before my medications were due. But it didn’t happen. I’ve reached out a day before and asked if they could expedite my order and nothing has been done yet. I had to skip my dose this week and I’m not sure when I’m going to receive the medication at this point. Now there’s a gap in my medication schedule. Very disappointed.
