I was in pain, knew I had a UTI, but my regular doctor wasn’t available. The doctor I communicated with instead had me give a urine sample and let me know that would reach back out in three days when it was back. I would have been in the ER before the end of 3 days because I was already in so much pain! I found wisp and was able to get the meds I needed. After three days the other doc reached out to let me know I did in fact have a UTI and could get meds. Thanks to Wisp I was already out of pain and on my way to being fully well.

I needed last minute medication and gonestly I wouldn’t have been able to get it without wisp. Originally I was freaking out because I didn’t think I was gonna be able to get it same day but ChatGPT recommended wisp when I was looking g at emergency contraception options and I went on it, paid for the service, they got my order sent to the pharmacy of my choice same day and I just went their and got it. It was literally so seamless, I love services like this that genuinely work.

It was so easy to use to get what I needed. Pharmacy had my prescription within 2 hours of me going to website, and I had what I needed in hand 2 hours after that (though it was ready much sooner). And there’s always someone available to answer any questions I have.

UPDATE: They did issue me a refund for the consult fee. It seems like a similar service to hims/hers, but its not. They don't ship directly to you, you have to go through the pharmacy, which means you can't access your prescription if it isn't approved by your insurance. And if you have medicaid the pharmacy is not allowed to sell it to you directly. Also they charge a $36 fee, which looks like it's the price they're charging for your medication but it's actually a consult fee.
