Super séjour! La localisation de la chambre est en plein milieu de la vieille ville. Plein de restaurants, bars, etc... La place où se trouve la chambre est très agréable et piétonière. Il y a un commissiarat sur la place pour ceux que cela rassurerait ;-) Il y a une église à 100 mètres et lors des messes on entend les prières jusqu'à la chambre, ça met de l'ambiance... Toutefois, ce n'est pas un hotêl mais un appartement, vous signerez d'ailleurs un contrat type location courte durée. Il n'y a pas de petit déjeuner mais juste au rez-de-chaussée il y a une boulangerie qui fait des supers croissants et café. Il y a un petit delhaize à 20 mètres où il y a tout le nécessaire... La compagnie HOLT est super réactive, l'application très utile, on se sent accompagné dans son voyage. Je conseille d'utiliser UBER pour les trajets de et vers l'aéroport (85 Lei/20EUR)

I loved this house, large and welcoming, equipped with every comfort and tastefully decorated. The property is always available via chat. for any problem the solution is immediate, they also made parking available to us. The location is ideal, close to the historic center and all kinds of restaurants and commercial establishments. highly recommend.

I stayed with my wife at Mary Poppins' Country House in San Miguel de Allende in Mexico. Holy cow, this was probably one of the best AirBnBs I have EVER stayed in anywhere in the world. Even better than the AirBnB Plus I stayed at before. Communication was insanely fast (minutes, not hours) every time due to a worldwide team. It didn't just have anything we needed -- it had beautiful touches like toilet paper shaped into flowers and murals. It was like staying at a museum. There was free (!!!) breakfast made by a wonderful lady who came at 8:30. It was ready by 10. It was the BEST BREAKFAST WE HAD IN MEXICO. Please give praise to her. Also, she cleaned up the house and our room, which was unexpected. The location was too nice and big for just my wife and I to stay at. Gorgeous. Spotless. Looks timely yet with modern amenities. The location is close enough to downtown to uber quickly. I am floored by the value we got for the price. If we come back to SMA, we will definitely stay again.

As soon as I saw Holt's properties listed online, I knew that's exactly where I wanted to stay! I was happy the one I really liked, Baloo & Bagheera in Bucharest, was available. From the moment of having my reservation confirmed, I was exceptionally happy with Holt's team's speedy communication. They went above and beyond to accommodate all my little requests, such as amended check-in time. They couldn't promise anything, but they always did their best to help me and that is all one could ask for :) The accommodation itself was absolutely beautiful and spotlessly clean. It was so comfortable and the flat had everything you could wish for. I will not say much more about the flat, apart from the fact that it was just perfect. So was the self check-in/check-out experience and the digital guide with all the necessary information and many local tips was also super helpful. The thing is, there are MANY great flats to choose from in Bucharest. There is one difference though; there is only one HOLT! The flat WAS amazing, yes, but the team were the reason why I loved my stay so much as well as why I will definitely be staying with them again. They are the most helpful bunch. Once again, always going above and beyond to make sure to make your stay as pleasant as possible. I always appreciate a company like Holt being helpful and professional. Having said that, Holt absolutely exceeds this by adding a bit of a personal touch and making the communication not just a breeze but also a great fun! I had the loveliest funniest exchange with them while never feeling like they were overstepping/becoming less professional. One of the worst things when talking to customer services is when you are not sure if you are talking to a real person or a robot. Holt team are very real! Every single one of the members I've dealt with, mainly Ana, Marla, Rodrigo, Petru... just amazing! Day and night, there is always a friendly help just a message or a call away. Thank you for making my stay so special and always making sure I was taken care of. I will make sure to stay with you again. 😀

Wonderful place and the staff at a height

One of the best accommodation experiences that I've ever had. I liked the fact that i would have insurance. The answers from holt were very fast and understandable, thus communication was much better than I'd ever expect. The page about rental contained all necessary info, so we could study it before hand, which helped a lot. self check-in process went smoothly. The rental was amazing - plenty of space for everyone, great place for remote work. Also, loved the interior design. Plus, the location is very central, so all of the restaurants and cafes are at your fingertips. Bottom line, this rental is top value for money.

The HOLT Gryffindor Tower Apartment is the perfect location to enjoy your stay in Bucharest, Romania. The apartment has a clean, modern design that just feels so homely. The cleanliness of the apartment is pristine, this including the cleanliness of all appliances. We were provided with plenty of extra supplies like, ear buds, cotton pads, hair clips, loo rolls, candles, tea, coffee, sugar etc which we thought was a thoughtful touch. The view from the apartment most definitely has to be the highlight of the apartment, as watching the sunset at night is just so relaxing. Overall, 10/10 is given to the apartment as a whole.
