I never signed up for Bonsai. Someone using my credit card number signed me up. There is NO PLACE on their Web site to contact them to resolve this problem.

Avoid like a plague. At first you feel everything is gonna be great, but then they hold onto your funds and close your acct for no reason whatsoever. I had 2 clients i migrated over to bonsai cause I found out about bonsai from an ad that popped up on my screen. Decided to test them out.. did a test transaction myself of $20 to ensure everything was setup fine for the first week and everything was good. Moving forward i used it to charge my clients I convinced to leave upwork and use bonsai. I invoiced them a payment for a wedding photo editing package for $400 cumulative, and my acct was closed immediately after receiving payments, nd I was denied withdrawal of these payments to my bank account And even right now they are not yet sure if they can refund the payments Anything that happens they push the blame to stripe and do not take any of it. As I said before...avoid like a plague, for your peace of mind. I will stick with upwork
