Great platform, easy to use and manage multiple projects. I like that the timer starts before all information is entered so you can have true time tracking.

I came to Hello Bonsai after trying Sprout Studio & hating the complexity, difficulty & lack of clarity throughout. Hello bonsai is easy to set up and use right out of the box. I highly recommend it. The one thing I did wish Bonsai had was immediate messaging customer support, but overall I’ve been able to figure everything out.

Our experience with Bonsai has been very positive. What we found most refreshing is the incredibly high service and support levels. You generally do not get the kind of support that Bonsai offers from other SaaS providers. Their support has made our transition to the solution much more efficient and productive.

We wanted a product that we could integrate our project management and invoicing seamlessly and Bonsai was the answer for that. Bonsai seems to be constantly improving their product and are very open to feedback.

Really loving Bonsai for my grantwriting consulting practice! I'm surprised to find a platform that does proposals, contracts, time tracking, invoicing, client data collection and project/task management all in one place. It's been saving me valuable time on the admin side of my business. Especially loving the user-friendly proposal acceptance / contract signature features, and the automation capabilities, which have enabled me to send invoices, payment reminders, and forms automatically instead of manually. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5, is the process for importing data from my prior time-tracking program hasn't been the easiest. But other than that, the Bonsai platform is fantastic for a freelancer or consultant.
