Support is always the number one feature I look at with any platform or vendor, and Bonsai is great at responding quickly to any questions.

Happy with the Product. It has helped with keeping track of invoices, projects etc., and mad it very easy to send out invoices and track payments which was my main purpose of purchesing.

Recovering passwords should just be a simple process like we are all used to but this company made it hard for me when I forgot my password. The features they have on their login page just didn’t work for me. I deliberately typed in the wrong email and it said “ We've sent you an email with a link to reset your password. It should arrive in the next few minutes”. I nearly lost a good deal because of this. I shouldn’t have to contact their team to help me out. It should just work.

Simply works! I love well all the features you may need for freelancing admin is integrated into Bonsai, been using it for years!

Terrible invoicing tool. Super unflexible and so many features missing you would expect from a basic invoicing tool. For example you can't even bulk download invoices. You literally need 3-4 clicks per invoice to download. Unfortunately used it way too long before I took the work to switch. Absolutely Terrible.
