Hi there. We’re sorry the shopping experience left you feeling dismissed. Although our promotions have set end dates, we typically have a limited window in which our team may still be able to honor a recently expired discount. You should not have simply been told that nothing could be done, especially since you reached out immediately after the sale ended. Because our mattresses are made to order and delivery timing depends on production and carrier transit, we can provide an estimate but cannot always guarantee a specific delivery date or three-day window before an order ships. After receiving your review, our management team reviewed the transaction and reached out to you by email. We offered you an even better 30% discount for you to use. We have not yet received a response, but the offer remains valid through June 30. We hope you’ll consider giving us another opportunity to provide the level of service you should have received from the start.

Hi there, thank you for sharing this with us. We’re really sorry for the frustration you experienced with the in-home delivery scheduling. We know how difficult it can be to arrange time away from work, and the delivery arriving earlier than expected only added to that inconvenience. We’re glad to hear the exchange to the Midnight Luxe was processed quickly, but we completely understand how frustrating the return side of this has been, especially when trying to locate a donation partner on your own. Our goal is always to make the trial and exchange process as smooth as possible, and we’re sorry this part has felt anything but easy. Because pickup and donation availability can vary by location, there are unfortunately some areas where our return partners may not have a donation partner available. That said, we do not want you feeling stuck trying to navigate this alone. Please reach out to our team directly with your order information so we can take another look at your return options and see how we can best assist from here. We truly appreciate you giving us the opportunity to make this right and hope the Midnight Luxe ends up being a much better fit for the comfort you were looking for.

Hi there. We are truly sorry to hear about your experience and that your Midnight mattress has not provided the comfort and support you were hoping for. We completely understand how frustrating it would feel to invest in a mattress and then need to purchase an additional product to get more comfortable sleep. Because your mattress was purchased through an independent retailer, any return or exchange for the mattress would need to follow that retailer’s policies. This is why we are a bit limited in what were able to do for you at the time. That said, we still want to support our customers however we can, and we are sorry if that did not feel clear throughout your experience. Since receiving your review, our team has reached out to you directly and offered a partial refund for the topper as a courtesy. We hope this helps and shows that, while we may be limited by the retailer’s return and exchange process, we do still stand behind our brand and want to help where we can. We appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback, and we are sorry this experience has left you feeling unsupported. That is never the experience we want our customers to have.
