Helix SleepReviews of helixsleep.com

Truly an excellent company to work with. We were challenging customers returning the original mattress and pillows and getting replacements free of charge. The mattress was actually exchanged outside of their 120 day window and they really just wanted us to be satisfied. The replacement mattress they suggested after hearing what we didn’t like about the original one was the exact/perfect fit and we are having excellent sleep each night as a result. Very grateful for Helix’s willingness to go above and beyond and actually care about satisfaction. Definitely recommend Helix as a company you can trust and does the right thing.

I bought a helix mattress and the adjustable stand, the mattress wouldn't work with the stand so they refunded me $1,600 on the mattress and $250 on the stand. This is the most honest company that I have ever delt with.

I’ve never been treated so well by any company ever. It all began with Argie. Every person I interacted with, after him. continued to give me the same (tremendous) customer service. Far more than I expected. Topping it all off, is a great mattress.

My husband and I purchased the Helix Midnight Luxe with the optional Glacio Tex/Ergo Align Layer over 1 year ago. There were so many great options to choose from! But we chose this particular model, complete with the optional additional layer because of my R.A. that I unfortunately have from head to toe. It seemed like the best choice for someone with the aches and pains that I was (and am) dealing with. And it also seemed best for side sleepers as well. A lot of reviews spoke about that. For context, my height is 5'4" and I am around 180 pounds, and am a side sleeper. My husband is 5'11 he is around 210 pounds, he is a side sleeper as well. Initially, I knew this was perfect for me, as I was beginning to deal with the full body arthritis issues. Once we began using this mattress, I almost immediately was able to get relief! I did not wake up multiple times in the night with pains and discomfort. I had reduced tossing and turning as well. I now sleep through all the way through the night, and am very comfortable. After a year and a half I am happy to report that a lot of my shoulder and back pains have reduced, and my husband and I are really grateful we found Helix. We had heard about this brand on a YouTube channel that we frequent. Normally we are not easily influenced, but the guy that was talking about it was very detailed and convincing, so we gave it a shot. The ordering process was really easy, the delivery was pretty fast, the set up was very easy, and they give you a lot of time to try it out and decide if it works for you. Highly recommend! (Note: My "date of experience" in this review was selected as the 1 year anniversary of ordering the mattress)

To be fair, my package was left out in the rain by the courier so I ended up just buying it elsewhere instead. Save yourself the headache.

This may be the biggest mattress scam on the market. I have now ordered twice from Helix Sleep: about 18 months ago and a few weeks ago. Both times I ordered the king-size mattress with all of their cooling infrastructure, the most expensive option. Both times, they have continually delayed the mattresses without any explanation or communication. Both times the excuse was that a sale caused delays. I can’t reach anyone by phone, and I receive no explanation of when the package will arrive. All I’m told is that FedEx will send a notice, without a date or context, though their website promises delivery in 3 to 5 days. The first mattress I ordered was delayed a month, After that, I canceled. I ordered this mattress for a new home with no other option; it was supposed to arrive in seven days. Sixteen days have passed, and I still haven’t received any notification about it, so I had to cancel again today.

I am experiencing better sleep comfort and less lower back pain with our king size Helix mattress. I replaced an expensive Tempur-Pedic mattress that conformed to my body but had no coils to give “push back” support and I felt like the edges of the bed were a “roll off”.

We both have degenerative disc disease in our backs. I was struggling with sciatica when our mattress came. Slowly but sure I have improved and can sleep an entire night in comfort. It was expensive, but we'll worth it
