They stole my money, There's no cancel option, you have to send message to support, that is not how a professional company does business

They keep charging me after cancelation and refuse to give me the money back because they didn't have records of that when I also got the Automatic cancellation e-mail.

It has took a lot to get to this point to leave a negative review. After 9 days of adtomic still not working I am finally fed up. Adtomic is not showing the correct ad spend from my Amazon account. Helium10 have acknowledged the issue and constantly say there ‘developers’ are working on it. Despite this 9 days have gone by, with me spending large amounts of money on Amazon ads and the data not coming through to Adtomic. The issue I have with this, is that the only reason I signed up for adtomic was for the auto suggestions. But as it can’t import my ad data from Amazon obviously this feature isn’t working. And obviously helium10 are charging me for the “adtomic” software whilst it doesn’t work. Overall I would recommend to go to alternative software for your Amazon advertising requirements. Although helium10 do respond to issues, they lack the ability to actually sort any issues out. You just get passed from person to person and never actually get to speak to someone who can actually sort your problem out.
