Helium 10Reviews of helium10.com

Achtung! Bitte niemals anmelden.

Completely unethical company. I wanted to cancel a few months in and messages them the SAME DAY they re-billed me. They refused any form of refund and tried to cite a bunch of bogus "policies" at me. Just be a good company and refund people who don't want to keep using the product. Will be filing a chargeback today.

I'm becoming increasingly disappointed with Helium 10. They're removing features that I've had access to for years on the Platinum plan ($99 per month) and essentially forcing customers to upgrade to the more expensive Diamond plan. Rather than introducing new and improved features to justify the higher-priced plans, they're stripping existing features from Platinum, making it less useful and offering increasingly poor value for money. It feels like loyal customers are being penalised simply to push them into paying more.

customer service isreally great. instant response and resolution to the issue i was facing . happy :)

I was on Diamond. They raised the price, then stripped out the 2% ad spend benefit that was the reason the tier was worth paying for. So I dropped back to Platinum. Then they removed AI advertising from Platinum too. At that point the whole model collapsed — there was nothing left in either tier that justified what they charge. Platinum is still roughly $100 a month for a product that has been hollowed out piece by piece. Every one of these changes arrived the same way: no prompt, no acknowledgment, no chance to accept new terms. Just a quieter product and the same invoice. Removing features while holding the price is a price increase. They simply never have to announce it as one. It works because sellers are locked in — keyword history, campaign structures, years of saved data. That is the leverage, and they use it. It is the same playbook Amazon runs on its own sellers, and Helium 10 has clearly been taking notes. I wish this company nothing but downfall for their deceptive practices. If you are evaluating Helium 10, do not price it on today's feature list. Price it on what you think will still be in your tier a year from now.
