We are a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization powered by a community of hobbyists that offer full-featured web hosting services for free. Our mission is to provide high quality web hosting for free to as many people as possible. We believe that everyone should have access to their own website whether they're a student to a small business owner, and everything in between. We're operated by a team of highly experienced volunteers who are passionate about what we do.Many schools around the world don't have the resources to provide their students with an online environment where they can learn to create a website. HelioHost aims to solve this issue by providing free hosting accounts for the teachers and students. Many small businesses can't afford to pay for hosting in order to sell their products online. HelioHost aims to solve this by providing free hosting and low cost hosting to small businesses to allow them to have an online presence. We offer as many free hosting accounts as we can, and we also offer donation based hosting accounts to help offset the cost of providing hosting for free. In addition, we provide affordable VPS hosting plans and scaling pricing based on usage for people who wish to upgrade from the free plans. We encourage community members to help each other, and recruit new volunteers from the community who are the most helpful. We own all of our own hardware so we don't have to resell hosting services from other companies which helps us keep costs low.

The greatest thing with your host is the price where i't suitable for someone started in hosting world. Also I'm hoping to add more powerful options with suitable price so for advanced users can get what they want. And improve response Time if possible. Also I'm thanks for your support Time for fast response to tickets and issues

Thanks for the review, Shehabalsaidi. We would love to know what we can improve to get this review upgraded to a 5 star. You mentioned "more powerful options with suitable price so for advanced users" which sounds really exciting. We have one customer who has a WooCommerce site with over 100k items for sale in the database, and about 500k page hits per day. We got them set up on a VPS, and provided free database tuning, cache tuning, and hardware adjustments to squeeze as much performance out of the cheapest price we could give him. He now pays less than half of what he was paying wpengine.com and a has a much faster website too. I would say that the situation described above would count as "more powerful options with suitable price so for advanced users" but if you have something else in mind we would love to hear about it too.

I’ve been using HelioHost for over 7 months now and my website uptime has been great. The Plesk control panel is easy to navigate and my site setup went smoothly using Softaculous. With free SSL, the option to automate my account backups, and helpful Wiki documentation, HelioHost offers a solid, user-friendly hosting experience.

Thanks for the 5 star review, Ploes! I've heard a lot of people say that a service is only as good as their documentation, so we're really lucky to have passionate volunteers to keep our documentation up to date with all the latest changes and guides.
If you ask me about the best free hosting, I'll recommend heliohost. Their support assistance for free users is incredible. I am sure you are going to like their free hosting and support.

Raccomandati!

Thanks for the 5 star review Giulio! As you've seen, we try to respond to all support requests as quickly as possible. Also thanks for recommending our service to your friend too.
I’ve been a user of their free service since at least 2016 and upgraded to their VPS offering in 2021. Over the years, their service has been consistently reliable, and the support team has been exceptional every time I’ve reached out. I highly recommend them.

Thanks for the 5 star review, Ron! Also thanks for pointing out the bug in the VPS invoice that was making the subtotal and the discount value wrong. Let us know if you need help with anything.
I love the hosting. For my needs it's perfect - I don't need a ton of resources, but just something to host a few hobby projects. The support from the Discord channel has been very helpful!
