Unfortunately, my experience is the same as others in here. The have renewed a subscription that I was not aware of - emailed the help desk, no response! Complete scam. I haven't used the app in almost a year - and initially signed up for it because of a discount deal anyways. For an app that aims for mental health, this really is the opposite in user experience. Please avoid and find another app on well being...

These guys are complete scammers. They applied an autorenewal to the account and have taken €75 out of my account without permission. I have not used the service for almost a year as it is abysmal and I would recommend CALM app. They claimed they sent an email but I have no records of it. They have refused to refund my money. To think that a company that is apparently trying to help people engaged in this type of practice, causing people stress is sickening. They have now stopped responding to my message. Hopefully this message will save you money and not increase your stress, because headspace wont.

Ich benutze die app seit ca. 4 Jahren täglich und liebe es, meinen Tag mit der Meditation anzufangen. Ich fühle mich ruhiger, gelassener und glücklicher als ich es je war. Mir gefällt gut, dass ich auch themenbezogene Kurse habe, die mir helfen, z.B. als vor einiger Zeit mein Vater plötzlich schwer krank wurde. Für mich ein wunderbarer Begleiter!

Account was set to autorenew without my knowledge. Was charged £50 on 1st January, of which I requested a refund minutes later upon cancelling my subscription. Have been told two days later I can't have the money back due to "the cancellation period ending". Absolute scam. I used these services back in 2015 when everything was free and hate to see what this company has become. Claims to care about wellness and health of their customers, yet refuse refunds during a cost of living crisis? I will continue to contact them until this issue is solved in a satisfactory manner.

App is quite confusing and cluttered. The main issue I have though is regarding their total lack of customer service and unethical billing process. Whether it's sheer incompetence or a strategy to squeeze more from their clients, I find it unacceptable and not something I'll ever support again.

I asked for my heater to not ship 2 days before it did and was told it already shipped. I changed my mind after reading reviews which I should have done beforehand. The heater didn't even heat a small kitchen up by 1 degree. They will not answer my emails asking for return authorization and will not return my calls. Will be contacting the Attorney General. Scammers!!!!!!

Ich kann mich den vorherigen Bewertungen nur anschließen: Es erfolgt keine Benachrichtigung vor der automatischen Verlängerung des Abonnements, was eigentlich Standard sein sollte. Zu den Inhalten: Die Meditationen sind ganz nett, bieten jedoch nichts Außergewöhnliches. Die App unterstützt dabei, regelmäßig zu meditieren, allerdings werden die Inhalte kaum aktualisiert. Sobald man alle Meditationen durch hat, bietet die App keinen nennenswerten Mehrwert, insbesondere wenn man bereits eine eigene Meditationsroutine entwickelt hat. Ich empfehle, für den Einstieg auf YouTube oder andere kostenlose Meditationsangebote zurückzugreifen; diese sind in jedem Fall ebenso effektiv.
