The phone reps must have received excellent training, as they make me feel confident and comfortable answering my questions and guiding me through the products to help me purchase the best products for him. I have recommended your brochure to his urologist.

Received package of Always Discreet Maximum Underwear, a very fine product, in good condition. I gave 4 stars because the box it came in was kind of beaten up and poorly held together with wide brown tape. It looked kind of shabby, and there was no return label, no identification which seems odd.
