The ordering process was easy as I knew what I wanted. The Abenas are very comfortable and functional. Two questions I have are why cant the order be sent to a PO Box and am having trouble with the fasteners not staying secure. The sizing I bought is correct but fasteners dont seem to stay secure.?

Maximums work great as long as patient doesn't sleep on her side. Took a while to get her trained to do so. We are pleased with both product and monthly service.

I have been a customer of HDIS for several years and have never, during this time, been disappointed in either the product ordered or the service provided by the folks at HDIS. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and very kind.
