I ordered a sample box & got a size med. & I ordered a large. Not sure what I can do ,but order a box of large again.

I find HDIS to be the ideal solution for my health care needs. Delivery is prompt, prices are very reasonable and customer service is remarkably courteous and efficient. I would highly recommend this company. Am very pleased with the fact that I can set up auto delivery at home and never have to dash to the store again.

We have been using HDIS for incontinence needs for our father for several years. Currently we have our products sent every four weeks and will occasionally order additional items that fit our needs. The service is superb, the product is of the greatest quality, and the pricing is very competitive. When we run low on our product, we will call to have our delivery schedule adjusted to fit our current needs. HDIS works with us to ensure fast delivery and a product that fits our needs. Recently we saw a product that we have been purchasing at the grocery store that we will now order from HDIS. HDIS, thanks for being there when we need you most.

Update: The package was in the locked box on Monday 4/6 but I did not see the key in my mailbox. On Sunday night I was looking for something in my purse and found the key in the bottom. I must have placed the mail in my purse and the key fell to the bottom because it was heavier. I went to the kiosk Sunday night and retrieved the package. HDIS shipped correctly and USPS delivered on time. The product is what was expected. No negatives for this review. ORIGINAL POST: According to the tracking the package was delivered Monday 4/6. However, I have not received it. We have a kiosk in our subdivision so it could not have been stolen. The USPS is supposed to be tracking it to see if they can locate the package. I notified them Friday 4/10, giving them extra days for delivery from the 4/6 date showing on the tracking. At this point I do not know the outcome other than I paid for the shipment and have not received it and the USPS states it was delivered.

HDIS is dependably quick with their shipping. Like the $2 flat fee per order.

I chatted with the represenitive and she helped me get the order confirmed for the first order. since then I a have placed two more orders. They are supposed to be delivered over the week have been pleased with your service so far

I had to use HDIS for supplies for my grandma, she loved the Reassure Pads and they made it so easy for me to get my products to my grandma's house.

HDIS is a great company to purchase from. You can always get a customer service rep quickly either by phone or live chat. They are very helpful and rarely do I ever have to wait on hold. I have used them for several years now and they are by far the easiest shop from home experience I have. I have recommended them to everyone I know who needs these supplies.
