I can not believe the price you charge for 1 pkg of tena serenity ultimate pads $31.99 .this is a true example of overpricing.I used to buy them from another site for way less than this and it was 36.00 plus 4.95 for shipping for 3 pkgs of tena pads.what a eye opener and I would never buy from you again even if hell was freezing over.I will worn people to stay away from you business and your expensive prices.good ridance to you !!

The shipment was within a few days and all products were as described except for the sample pack. I ordered a large for my husband and in it were various sizes that he couldn't use (some were waist 48). Everything else we purchased was great. Having them shipped to the house was great as his dignity was maintained.

I ordered and item and got a message at checkout that a confirming e-mail would be sent. A few days passed, but no e-mail. A few more days later the item arrived, and just what I wanted. Never have gotten the e0mail.
