I like the convience, but wish those of us that order every 6 months or years worth got a better deal

My mother is very ill and I had to order her diapers. Normally she does this, but I had to take over. I ordered her what I thought was what she wears. Customer service contacted me and said that my mother actually usually orders a different brand than what I ordered so I told them to change it to what she wears. Now my mother's happy. I've never seen that type of service before. Amazing.
