No problems whatsoever with HDIS.

I find the diapers will not hold as much as others, this is most likely because of the diapers design. I try not to use them at all, meaning use them by filling them, but some times I have periods of incontinence that catches me away from a facility. I use none of anyone's product at night. I don't have time to call in an order, or to order repeat shipments as the use by my elderly Mother is not even from week to week. I wish I could order on the internet and use the coupons that they mail me.

I feel that HDIS Customer Services gives a great effort to help you with your needs. The Adult Protection Underwear needs improvements. As for the pads for bed and couch it works very well. And it helps protect outside of pads from getting wet. Great creation for this pad. Thank you.
