This product worked great!

This site is wonderful. A little confusing to find just what you need but it's there. As you become more comfortable with finding what you need; it's easy to reorder.

I received a notice that my order was shipped and given a tracking link. I tracked the order after 4 days and no delivery. The status was they couldn't deliver the package and returned it to the shipper/merchant and instructed me to contact them. Being Friday night I had to wait till Monday. I called HDIS and they were great. They would reship another order and to disregard billing because they would be receiving the original returned package. The order arrived the following day. Then I received a second identical package a few days after that. Puzzled I called wanting to know what to do with the second package. I was told "it is not economical for us to have you return the package." HDIS would either charge me for both or I would be responsible to pay for return shipping. I explained I was following their instructions and their shipping companies guidance. Also I did not need or want the additional items. After a disgruntled chat they finally said they would waive the charge this one time. That was good but they should have said that from the beginning. The error was theirs not mine. I doubt I will order from them again.

I like getting my supplies from HDIS. The quality of what I get is great. The variety of what they carry is astounding. The prices are reasonable. And, customer service is outstanding. Thank you, HDIS!

the belted garments need longer "belts" straps. The button holes need to be more reinforced to prevent tearing. Other than that, your products are great. Maybe in the future you will consider a thong style undergarment, with even the thong part (between the buttocks)being absorbent not just a strap.
