My order was not delivered to my door, was left at the park office and I had to get someone to bring it to me. I did contact them and they flagged my account so this issue does not happen agsin.

The pads with the wide rear are OK, but not wonderful. However, they are better than others I've used. I wish they were a bit longer; that would keep me dryer. I find the directions absent or confusing. Some of us aged need a bit more direction than you provide in the mailing. The person I spoke wit h on t he phone was helpful to me, although I did have about a half hour wait to get to her. Thanks for asking.

I think some of the prices are too high on the adult diapers. Other than that the delivery was prompt

Price great but delivery really needs work it took 8 days to get the package I have got diapers from other companies and receive them in two to three days .

Website isn't as user friendly as I would like. The total cost, that I paid in full at time of order, apparently was incorrect and I received a bill for the outstanding balance. I think you need to adjust your computer so it caculates cost correctly. The order was processed quickly and shipped quickly which is why I gave 3 stars.
