I never received my packages

Always receive professional and prompt service!

The delivery service is great, and the product is boxed very well. It is nice tohave the option to reorder on line. Having said that, I intentionally signed up to order on line because the calls from HCD are overwhelming, and intrusive. They call many times and also text. If I'm signed up to order online or receive texts, there is no need to keep calling to remind me. Also, when they call, you answer, and no one answers on the other end. Whether this is HCD or something else,I don't like not having the option of changing product manufacturers. The quality of a product we receive has decreased over time and I would like to try that item from another manufacturer. The only option I'm told is to change the supplier, HCD.

I AlWAYS run out of supplies before the new supplies arrive. HCD messages say they will arrive in 2-3days- usually 4-5 days in reality . Can this be fixed

If orders are mistakenly made, they will be fixed quickly.
