Couldn’t be more disappointed with your company but does anyone really care? I mailed 2 letters to them and absolutely NOBODY CARED or Responded! Thinking about switching companies I was so mad!! Don’t know why I’m typing this cause these surveys don’t mean anything

We understand how frustrating it must have been to reach out twice and receive no response. That is not the level of communication or service we want our customers to receive. We absolutely do care about your feedback, and we appreciate you taking the time to share it. We welcome the opportunity to look into what happened and address your concerns directly. Our staff reached out twice to you yesterday; however, we were unable to speak with you. Please return our call so we may address your concerns, thank you again for bringing this to our attention.
Your company decreased our authorized amount of diapers per month which leaves my disabled daughter on tube feedings with only 6 diapers a day. AND told by your phone/customer service operator that there was nothing I could do and I could not appeal. If I could find another company to deal with I would. What happened to you?😡

Thank you for sharing your concerns. We’re truly sorry to hear about your daughter’s situation and the frustration this experience has caused you. We understand how important it is to have an adequate supply of medically necessary products, and we regret that you were given the impression that there was nothing you could do or that an appeal was not available. We are currently reviewing her account to determine what options might be available and will be reaching out to you soon. We’re committed to listening and addressing your concerns.
They ring your phone off the hook every day once to twice a day when starting about to weeks after you receive your order. To place your next order. However now when you do get low on supplies and request your order it takes 2 weeks to get it. We use to get them within 3 days of ordering. Like last month my supply order renewed on the 16th. They start ringing the phone the 10th Well I didn’t need them at the time. So I ordered them on the 24th. I ended up having to buy supplies from Walmart because they didn’t ship until the 3rd of the next month. I didn’t receive my supplies until the 6th.
