Delivery. need improvement on quality of products maybe

only billing issues detracts from the company. too many voices in billing contradicting each other.

Service is always done except for the fact that the purchase needs to come directly to the front door, not downstairs at the mailboxes at the wall.

HCD offers good quality products. The delivery has changed and we now have to store 90 days worth of product. Its cumbersome to unpack and to find a place to store. I am not sure this is the best interest of the consumer as they are probably elderly or disabled. Otherwise we have never had any co.plaints with product or service.

Reorder system is great. I was concerned at first when partial shipments were received, but all three deliveries were only a day or two apart. Product fulfillment is accurate.

Getting the supplies on time

The supplies come on time. Easy to reorder. They resolve issues due to annual updates.
