HCD is always on time and the contents are always accurate. When we needed to upgrade the type of undergarment, the HCD representative was knowledgable about the product lines and offered solid advice. No downside to this service. Highly recommended.

Billing department has not correctly billed me for 6 months. Beginning to think I might need to change suppliers.

Initially, I had little support/info from the local hospital, and stumbled upon a questionable source of medical supplies... After quite an ordeal, (Halleluhjah!) I was referred to HCD!!! A highly professional supplier with dependable results is what I've found! Thanks, HCD!!!

I always receive notification that it is time to reorder my diabetic supplies. I am given the opportunity to increase the amount of supplies, if needed. My order arrives quickly. I am confident I will not run out of supplies before it is time to reorder.
