Great service on time calls monthly just wonder

Online orders are efficient and easy. HCD support personnel call if I have waited longer than usual to order my child’s supplies. We recently had an issue with incorrect MD orders. One of HCD’s support folks went over and above expectations to resolve the issue. Deliveries are always on time and correct. And perhaps the most important quality is the exceptional customer service. Courteous, respectful, problem solvers make my life easy and provide individualized, caring service for my child.
