I HAVE NO DESIRE TO CHANGE COMPANIES. I GET CONFUSED WHEN I ORDER AND PARTS COME FROM DIFFERENT LOCATIONS FOR A SPLIT ORDER. I DO ALSO TRY TO ORDER , IN MY CASE, MORE POUCHES AS I CAN MAKE WAFERS LAST LONGER. WHEN I TRY ORDERING 2 POUCHES AND NO WAFERS, IT IS BECAUSE I CAN GET BY WITH USING THEM LIKE THAT. NOT ALL THE TIME , BUT WHEN I CAN.

Every month they are on top of my needs. I ALWAYS forget to keep up with my medical supplies. Thank goodness they don't 😀

Home Care Delivered, contact's us when supplies are getting low. They also reminds us of other products that are available an their customer service is great. I haven't had a bad experience yet with them.
