They have worked hard to find the right products for me. Customer service is always very nice and knowledgable.

The ordering process is a little confusing. I was told I would get a call when everything Was set up. I never got a call. Instead I got a email stating the doctor never sent the prescription. When I call Ed the doctor, they said the already sent it. I got supplies a day later. Communication could use some improvement.
