I love the convenience of ordering. However I HATE not being able to go online to pay my bill. Calling to pay so very inconvenient. Bring back online payments.

I like the customer service and the quick turnaround times and delivery. I dislike the quality of the pull-ups. I feel like they don't have much absorption for night time and he wets right through them every night. It would bye nice to have more options. And it would be nice to have higher quality products for alternatives.
