Our orders always get to us in a couple days. Anytime I have had to change our diapers the representatives have always been very helpful and get it done quickly! Whether that be new products or sizes to try, they do their best to resolve your issues effectively.

Follow ups don’t always happen even though they schedule a call back. It is hard to get you to notify my insurance company when they a recertification. In the past, it delayed my supplies for over a month, which caused me to lose those supplies permanently.
