We understand how frustrating and discouraging this process can be. We want to do everything we can to make the process as smooth and timely as possible for the member. Due to insurance requirements, we are required to obtain new documentation when a size change is requested, as each size has its own billable code. We would be happy to work directly with you and the doctor’s office to help obtain the necessary documentation as quickly as possible.
