Timeliness in regards to re-ordering medication and staying in touch by email

Home care delivered always calls or sends an email when it's time to reorder. They are always so friendly and helpful.

Customer service is polite and helpful, however I prefer email to a phone call but they do not respond to emails. When I receive notification that my shipment is ready I expect it to be mailed out sooner than two weeks.

I was having problems with my packages being stolen. HCD resolved my problem quickly. Having FED X deliver to my door and getting my signature. Now I don't have to worry about my packages being stolen. I'm really pleased with this action.
