Despite following up best a consumer can to be sure that HCD completes paperwork on time and appropriately for the needs of the participant (their customer) they fail to communicate with the customer to verify product needs. Send paperwork to the insurance company after the customer calls them to see why the order isn't sufficient. After speaking to a supervisor and following up the next MONTH after getting an inadequate supply need you are lied to again and told HCD is "waiting" on the insurance company. Only to call your insurance company to be told the paperwork was sent to them from HCD literal minutes before the insurance agent pulled the clients file. HCD is horrible on paperwork, horrible about lying and has horribly ill informed customer service reps.
