On time service

In the past six months all my monthly orders arrived in split shipments. I am only receiving two items, test strips and sensors. Test strips were always on back order. When I called customer service, they expressed no urgency in the matter. I viewed their response as “ It’s On Back Order” and that meant it’s out of their hands and they can’t do anything about it. I never liked that. Now, my most recent order arrived and I received a completely new test meter and new test strips. They changed that on their own, I was never notified or updated. I think there is room for improvement in their policy.
