Delivery order is too much to ship in one order, 15 plus boxes and they never delivered all at once. Supplies are double boxed.

My catheters arrived on schedule and in good condition. I got an email asking me to confirm mu situation and order. I did so and all the rest happened on schedule. It took a while to get to this uneventful point, otherwise you might have gotten 5 stars!

They send reminder when it's time to place my order, so I can adjust the supply. I skip what I don't need, if I don't do anything, they send everything I'm approved for, which is good. They send notification when supplies are shipped and when it's delivered. Customer service is easy to talk to. They are very helpful.
