Right on time

I called in reference to an order. One of my items are no longer available on your list. SO, I did some leg work and found from the company that you use another item that is equivalent and the new number that needs to be ordered. I called your customer service department with the info and I was told they need to add it to your list of items to order. I've been waitng to hear back and as of date I've heard nothing.
