I had some issues with the shipping process, but the customer service was very responsive and helpful. They really helped me to solve the problem. Highly recommended and great service! Other than that, the product is also really cool! It's not noisy and also very quiet even in "spin" mode. Awesome!

Good customer service - true to their word. The design of the product is good. Unfortunately, the item we received was dysfunctional (LED Panel) and could not be operated. HAVA gave us various options to remedy the situation which we appreciated. There is no telling what happen to the product to arrive in a dysfunctional condition (i.e. package handling, transport conditions, etc.).

I bought A HAVA Table top dishwasher, looked on there website and viewed the pictures and looked good only to know that the plates I have does not fit in the dishwasher, I contacted the company and explained and wanted to return it, I never used or installed the dishwasher, obviously you have to take it out and open it to see if plates bowls fit, I was gobsmacked and shocked that they were going to charge me 25% of the price including postage to send back. I have never been so insulted and given bad service like this before, I ADVISE ANYONE NEVER TO BUY OFF THIS CONNING, ROBBING, THIEVING COMPANY.

Dear Stephen, Thank you for sharing your feedback, and we sincerely apologize for the frustration you’ve experienced. We understand how disappointing it must be to find that your dishes don’t fit in the R09 dishwasher after purchase. While our website provides product dimensions to help customers assess compatibility, we recognize that this may not always be clear enough. We truly appreciate your feedback and will take steps to improve our product descriptions to make important details more noticeable and helpful for customers. Regarding your return request, we’ve reviewed your case and have reached out to you directly via email with a fair resolution. We value your satisfaction and hope to resolve this matter amicably. Please check your inbox (and spam folder) for our follow-up email, or contact us at [email protected] if you haven’t received it. Thank you for giving us the opportunity to address this, and we appreciate your patience. Best regards,

When I first got the Hava T01, I wanted to return it because I realized it only washes clothes with cold water, not warm. That was already a downside for me. Then, I noticed a big issue with the drainage system — you can really only use it in a bathroom, which is inconvenient. However, I decided to give it a try and used it today. I ended up keeping it, but I had to wash my clothes twice on the 65-minute cycle because some stains didn’t come out the first time. After the second wash, when the program finished, I took the clothes out and they were still soaking wet and very heavy to carry. So overall, I don’t think the machine works as well as it should — especially considering how wet the clothes are after the wash.

Dear Donjeta, Thank you for sharing your feedback about your experience with the Hava T01 washing machine. We sincerely appreciate your time and want to address your concerns to ensure you get the best performance from your appliance. We understand your initial disappointment regarding the cold-water washing feature. As noted on our product page, the T01 is designed to operate without a heating function to provide an energy-efficient and gentle cleaning solution. We apologize if this was not clear initially and appreciate your decision to give the machine a chance. Regarding drainage, the T01 is indeed designed for downward drainage, which is specified in the product details. We regret any inconvenience this may have caused and encourage customers to review the specifications to ensure compatibility with their setup. (T02 model offers both heating and upward drainage capabilities. We’d be happy to discuss this option if you’re interested.) Concerning the cleaning and spinning performance, we’re sorry to hear your clothes did not meet your expectations after the 65-minute cycle. We’d like to investigate further to ensure your machine is functioning properly. Factors like fabric type, stain severity, load distribution , and ect, can affect results, but we want to rule out any potential issues. Our customer service team will follow up via email to assist you promptly. If the machine is defective, we’re happy to offer a free replacement or full refund. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we’re committed to resolving this. Thank you for giving us the opportunity to improve. Best regards,
Bravo Havalab
