HauseitReviews of hauseit.com

Hauseit is the future of real estate. I tried the assisted FSBO and it was very well done. I was very worried about any hiccups since I wasn't sure what to expect, but everything was set up very well. The automation was done well. There were a couple things I had to follow up with, but they were very responsive and helpful. I would recommend the FSBO option as their process is very streamlined. Of course any DIY option is difficult so I recommend doing a lot of research, buy a phone call with them for any questions or advice. Appreciate Hauseit's flexibility and help. Look forward to using them again in the future!

Juan made buying our apartment a pleasure. My husband and I were new to buying in NYC and to buying a co-op. Juan helped us to navigate the entire process every step of the way, from viewing apartments right through to closing. He was professional and personable, punctual, thorough, and very experienced. He really cared about us, understood our needs, and negotiated well on our behalf. We will definitely work with Juan again.

I had a great experience with Xiaodong for the end-to-end process of buying the condo. Xiaodong particularly helped with the negotiations with the sponsor. Thanks again.

We worked with Mat and Nick to rent our apartment, extremely professional team and very responsive. We closed our rental with a very quick turnaround, the team far exceeded our expectations! High recommend!

Mat and the team at HomeDax were highly professional and responsive. Mat provided valuable market insight and helped guide us to a successfully completed transaction. He provided solid feedback from prospective buyers on a timely basis. He helped us smoothly navigate the board application and review process which can sometimes be problematic in NYC. We have bought and sold a number of homes in NYC in the last 10 years and have used different brokerages. Mat’s service and performance was excellent from start to finish. As such, we highly recommend Mat and HomeDax.

HomeDax connected by Hauseit had helped me successfully list and sell a coop apt in 2020 when the market was tough, so when contemplating to list a condo apt for rental late 2021, team HomeDax came to mind immediately. Really thankful for Nick and Jessamine's help in making this rental a smooth process. As I was out of the country with a 13 hour time difference, initially I had some concerns how it would play out. However these were quickly resolved as Jessamine efficiently coordinated photos, listing, showings, tenant inquiries / offers / application procedures... communication was effective and we were able to find the right tenant in very short time. Nick's insight at critical decision making times were also very valuable. Without a doubt I'll continue to recommend Nick, Jessamine and the HomeDax team for any sale / lease needs.

If I could give 6 stars I would. In addition to saving me a HUGE chunk of my closing fees (about $11,000), the Hauseit team has been very supportive in the context of a very difficult transaction. I would highly recommend Hauseit to anyone purchasing a condo/home...I have never heard of any company who gives you back 2% of the brokers' commission to be applied towards closing costs before I was referred to Hauseit by a friend. Best decision ever! Thank you so much Hauseit team!!!!

I'm a repeat customer with Hauseit. I've gone through the purchase process twice with them in NYC. The broker I was paired with, Anastasiia, was very professional, helpful, and fast to respond to issues. Definitely would recommend to anyone purchasing a home in NYC.
