HauseitReviews of hauseit.com

We used Hauseit for purchasing a co-op in New York. The agent we were matched with was very pleasant to work with, responsive and understanding. Due to Covid, the process was very much drawn out, and our agent was remote, but this didn't feel like a huge difference, since she stayed in contact throughout, and we tend to be quite hands-on anyway. The apartment we ended up in is absolutely gorgeous!

I strongly recommend: hauseit.com. They offer a few a la carte options: 1. 1% seller listing , 2. 2% rebate back when buying, 3. There is also an option to pay a flat fee for direct access to all the listings if you have the time to do a complete FSBO (For Sale By Owner). In addition, you can pay for a broker to run your open houses by the day. I think if you are able to get your own photographer etc these are the best deals. Personally, I got quite lucky for my sale. I was losing confidence in the market and decided to seek out renters instead of selling. The renters mentioned at some point they might be in the market to buy. I proactively gave them my best offer upfront without any seller or buyer fees as a win-win. This got me close to what the top of the market would have been for me. I will definitely be working through Hauseit for any future NYC transactions: smart, innovative, good communicators, easy to work with.”

I recently sold my home with the help of Hauseit.com. I paid a one time only, flat fee and Hauseit was able to upload my professional photos and property details to the MLS. They forwarded inquiries from buyers and agents directly to my inbox with incredible speed and efficiency. Consequently, I was able to organize showings and negotiate offers on my home just hours after the listing went public. The way in which their seamless process was orchestrated made selling my home a pleasant experience. During one of the most supposedly stressful times in life, Hauseit’s business model and professional support provided a huge sense of guidance and security, as well as a windfall in saved commission. I will always be grateful and I would recommend this service to everyone interested in selling their home while saving an absolutely fortune.

Hauseit is a great way to sell an apartment! Their brokers are amazing and the system is easy to work with. The exposure is great and of course the fee structure is fabulous! You have to have the time to show the unit yourelf but the savings are well worth it. I love working with these guys and can't imagine selling any other way.

Hauseit is the future, and more importantly, the present, of real estate. They are making my FSBO experience a breeze. I didn't expect any hand holding when I purchasing their minimum package, but they post edits lightning quick *and* offer helpful insights. Their stunning and thorough 3D tour is the new real estate listing standard. I'm grateful my personal contact information is kept off the listings. Instead, Hauseit replies to inquiries about my listing as soon as they come in, cc'ing me, saying I'll be in touch. What's more, if Hauseit knows the answer like "you can find the floorplan in the last of the photos" or "yes!, the property is still available," they will enthusiastically answer the question. No inquiry is left dangling. (P.S. I recommend purchasing their photo and floorplan package. I didn't, but saw them and they are top of the field.)

absolutely terrific! go for it without a second thought! I can reassure you you won't regret it!

Awesome experience working with Hauseit. We got all the online marketing exposure of a traditional broker for the cost of a FSBO. Hauseit provided great resources to help us price our home, manage open houses and offers, and ultimately close on a great deal. Yes, it took more of my time to communicate with buyers and their agents, but it saved me $25K. So worth it! Thank you Hauseit! They have 2 options: "Agent assisted FSBO" where they do all the work for you and you pay 1% commission plus any commission you agree to pay to a buyer's broker (typically 2.5-3%). Or a full FSBO where you manage all the communications with potential buyers and their agents, and you only pay the commission to a buyer's broker. In either case, you'll also need to hire a real estate lawyer to manage your closing, but this is also far less than the typical 6% commission. Honestly, its not rocket science. If you're comfortable doing your own research to price your home, writing a description to "pitch" your property on listing sites, hosting open houses, following up on leads, and negotiating offers-- you can save yourself at least 3% of the sale price. It's well worth it!

The team at Hauseit was outstanding and tremendously helpful. I can't recommend them highly enough. The partner broker I worked with was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and helpful, and I was so grateful for all of her expertise and so thrilled with the outcome. I would definitely recommend Hauseit to anyone in the market. They're truly amazing.
