I love how the HappyGuest team has thought of everything (no wonder because they are also hosts) but the system they created really makes guest verification and documentation of that process easy on te host and easy on the guest (win-win). I also like that damage protection is through various vendors vs me having to pick and stick with one in hope it will all work. Their customer support is also very responsive and helpful and they do most of your onboarding for you, which is a huge help.

Using HappyGuest has been a great addition to my workflow. It’s made the process of getting guests to sign rental agreements seamless and professional. What I appreciate most is how clearly everything is explained to guests—especially the option to either place a security deposit or purchase a damage waiver.
