Unimpressed...

I found the beginning booklet confusing because the double sided pages are confusing. It goes through the book, then you flip the book over and go backwards through the book, but you don't do both sides of one page in order. I tried to return the products, but they never made it clear what the address was to return them too and they charge a significant restocking fee. Overall, I wouldn't recommend buying these unless you know exactly what you're getting into and know that you want it. I'm stuck with a product I'm not gonna use because I couldn't deal with the hassle of the returns after having just had a baby. I also find this curriculum too expensive for a family that has many children. $100 per child to learn all the levels - I've found better elsewhere.

We’re glad that you tried the Getty-Dubay Italic Handwriting Series book A and we thank you for your feedback. We strive for top-notch customer service and so it is important for us to know about your confusion and concerns. Please know that you can reach out anytime for assistance via email or phone. For the benefit of readers of this review: The up-and-away format of the handwriting workbooks Book A (kindergarten) and Book B (1st grade) is the result of years of classroom use and consultation with teachers. They are designed specifically to be used for both left- and right-handed young learners, who can easily get distracted if there are open pages that they are not supposed to be working on. Each workbook in the Series is $13.75 for a year’s handwriting curriculum, and if you you choose to get the Series bundle for $95, you will have seven years worth of proven and effective curriculum for your students to learn the lifetime skill of handwriting. We supplement the workbooks with free Special Content at handwritingsuccess.com. Our delivery notification email provides an easy link to our customer support page with return information, and there is aways the option of reaching out to us with concerns via email or phone.
