Thank you for your review. I do apologize for the inconveniences caused. Our records indicate the order was shipped on 08/17/2017. However, the tracking information from UPS shows that it wasn't actually shipped until 08/21/2017. Once it was shipped on 8/21/2017 it was delivered on 08/26/2017 which would have been within the estimated time for delivery but for some reason our system had a delay between the date our system shows shipped and the date UPS actually shipped it. I have issued a refund for the shipping fee today. Please allow 3-5 business days for the credit to post to your account. Thank you for your review. Unfortunately, we are required to ship to the address on record when the order is placed. We are unable to change the address or cancel the order. The address provided looks to have had a missing apartment number. Should the shipment be returned undeliverable a purchase price refund will be processed.
