Symantha was very helpful, nice, thorough, and supportive while working through my Remote beacon issues. I do love this collar and the remote is very important because I often have my hands too full to use my app.

Update: Customer service on my order was no help. However, a different area of customer service reached out from this review and made it right. My experience wasn't great, but as technology advances I may try them in the future. If you are more so looking for this in a stationary place (like a farm) it would probably be great for you. Original: Terrible experience from the beginning. The collars took three weeks to arrive from Taiwan despite giving an estimate delivery of much sooner. The app is very delayed. My dogs would get through the warning and main fence line and it would be 5-45 seconds before my app would alert or my dog would get an alert on the collar. I tried them for the 90 days in multiple places with full service and could never get a solid response. When I returned them the company ripped me off. I knew about the withholding of shipping (20$) and return shipping + handling (25$) but they still kept an additional $35 from me. This seems like a total rip off company advertising a product that doesn’t work as advertised and nickel and dimming you at every opportunity. There’s still a $24+ a month app fee btw. Their app is one of the most unfriendly user experiences and to get 1:1 support I had to book an apt two weeks out that they canceled the morning of due to “unforeseeable circumstances”

Not durable. I have a great Pyrenees and it was no match for my dog. Definitely should be engineered stronger.
