Each customer support person I have ever spoken with has been so helpful. In this case I was looking to upgrade to the Halo 4 because my dog is small. It is now on its way. BTW Halo saved my dog's life when he was attacked by a coyote. I heard the yelping and knew right where to run to!

Ordered this collar to teach my dog to stay in her yard, and when we tried to set it up , it kept zapping her in the house. Could never get the gps to work outside. Now my dog is afraid to go outside or in certain parts of the house. The customer service team was good at trying to figure out what was wrong with the collar. Even sent me a new one and same issue. I would never buy a collar like that again.

Courtney was awesome at resolving my Help ticket to get new buckles for my collar!! She was personable and understood my urgency to get my collar up and working again because I have two mischievous wanderers.She was great!

Courtney did an excellent job at trouble shooting some collar issues. After trying several things it was determined that I needed a replacement collar. She easily facilitated this for me. I enjoy being able to use the dog park. Always have a great experience.
