Talked with customer service to get a status update on the refund for our returned collar. The agent, Symantha, was very helpful and was able to get a status update from the appropriate team. Although the Halo collar didn’t work for us customer service was very helpful.

My dog still doesn’t seem to even recognize the virtual fence that I built around our property. I have the static at the three level and maybe I need to increase it. I would also like a comment on where the two metal points should be on her neck.
