Emma was so helpful to is today! Our collar stopped accepting a charge and she helped me trouble shoot and then helped with a warranty claim. She made the process easy and was very nice too! We love our Halo collar and the peace of mind it gives us while keeping our dog safe. We've told so many people about it.

Was having a charging problem and got Emma. She was very knowledgeable and helped me by sending me a new port for my charger. so we can trouble shoot my Halo to see if it will charge once I receive it. Thank you Emma!

I got a notification on my collar that there was a diagnostic issue and it would need to be replaced. I reached out to halo customer support using the app & was quickly helped and got a warranty submitted to get a new collar sent out. I spoke with Emma, who was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable about the product, warranty, etc. She was able to quickly figure out the issue & find a solution for me. Great customer service, great product! Highly recommend.
