Symantha was able to walk me step-by-step through a hard reset and explained very well. The need for such hard reset. She was very personable and engaging.

My first Halo collar worked perfect for about 3 to 4 months then stopped responding at all. Contacted support and received the replacement which worked fine for about another four months. Now again, the collar is completely unresponsive doesn't track my dog movement. Waste of money.

Collar first purchased in November--critically failed requiring replacement after ~2mo. Now in March the replacement has already failed as well--both times Halo expects me to wait 10+ days just to have someone contact me about the issue. They are too concerned with moving product and not sufficiently beta testing or providing support to existing customers. Neighbor opted to go with SpotOn back in November and has had zero issues. He even added me to his collar so I can see his dog's location and collar performance as well (you cannot do this with Halo without just giving out your username and PW). All things considered just go with the more reliable and better supported SpotOn collar brand EDIT: Despite the misleading reply from the halo rep--NO ONE is currently working with me. I was instructed it will take~10days to hear back from a 'tier 2' representative. I currently have no one to contact regarding my issue and the reply suggesting such is intentionally deceitful.
