A collar diagnostic today revealed a critical battery issue. I contacted the Halo support team and was connected with Monica. She took my information and within 5 minutes I was set up with a replacement collar which will ship within a week. Monica was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. She is a five star for sure!

So satisfied with the Halo 3. Any questions and concerns are answered through the Halo dog park. Yesterday, Emma was great. I had questions about gps setting and she walked me through a reboot that has solve my issues. 5 stars to Emma

Great product, even better customer support which is increasingly rare. My CS rep. Emma was super helpful and efficient. I had a collar replaced because of a battery issue that was alerted to me by the app. I wish all companies I’ve purchased products from were this onto of it.
